Research and evaluate alternative approaches and recommend efficient and cost-effective solutions. You will contribute to activities to improve quality and advance the overall analysis practice throughout the organization.   A strong desire to develop technical and business knowledge relative to implementation of insurance processing is a must in this role. Insurance knowledge is a must.  What Our Business Analyst Will Do 

• Develop, analyze, and document requirements, including business, functional and nonfunctional
• • Develop customer-focused documentation for software solutions (e.g. Wireframes, Use Cases, business rules, etc.) 
•  Perform and support testing efforts
• Assist in the estimation of work
• Participate in straightforward system design and configuration activities •
• Stay up to date on industry and job-related trends and best practices, including reading relevant publications, articles, blogs, etc. •
• Other duties as assigned
