About the role:
As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll act as the voice of the customer to ensure that our teams continue to deliver more best-in-breed products that advance the way we pay, bank and invest.

This Business Systems Analyst role will focus on HORIZON to TouchCX related efforts.  These efforts and this role will provide an ability to continue to sell and onboard clients to the go forward TouchCX solution.

The target state TouchCX solution will provide a significantly more efficient, robust and feature complete solution to HORIZON client statement and notice output needs.

What you will be doing:

• Identifying strategies as well as improvement opportunities while also reengineering processes for greater efficiency.

• Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.

• Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operation time and form of desired results.

• Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirement specifications.

• Influences business partners and service providers regarding priorities, hardware/software selection and/or vendor selection.

What you will need:

• Knowledge of financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles.

• An understanding of core banking systems and the surrounding ecosystem.

• An understanding of bank deposit and loan statement and notice production and related regulations.

• A relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design-based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases, etc.

• Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients

Added bonus if you have:

• Experience with the HORIZON Core Banking product.

• Core Banking knowledge

• Experience with deposits especially a plus

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $84,720.00 - $142,320.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
