Business Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY: The Associate Business Analyst collaborates as a member of a team in the analysis of business process and feature definition of product capabilities that help achieve strategic business outcomes. This role contributes to the design, development, documentation, and test solution execution that meets the business requirements. The Associate Business Analyst will work under the guidance of senior analysts within the team as well as independently as tasks necessitate.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participates in the process of obtaining functional requirements from applicable
business stakeholders and subject matter experts utilizing elicitation
techniques - Assists with research and analysis for proposed projects to determine feasibility and durability
- Assists developers with understanding and approach to system enhancement requests.
- Supports quality assurance and control efforts using data analysis as part of pre and post implementation
- Provides support to functional and user acceptance testing groups throughout development life cycle
- Participates in status reporting, knowledge transfer and implementation plans as appropriate for the software solution being developed
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL) for data analysis
- Ability to solve problems and make informed decisions
- Effective communication skills.
Minimum Requirements :
- Completion of Code Camp or equivalent experience.

Pay Range: $65,200.00-97,800.00 USD Annual
Compensation range consideration will be based on environmental and/or waste industry experience.
