We are looking for a Business Analyst to support CRM setup, data analysis, reporting, and process automation. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in CRM integration and implementation, with expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Power BI, and basic API setup. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization, and the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

Job Responsibilities
·       Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
·       Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate requirements into CRM workflows and data reports.
·       Assist in configuring and managing CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
·       Develop and optimize data pipelines, ensuring seamless data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) into business intelligence tools.
·       Implement and maintain API integrations between CRM platforms and other business applications.
·       Create and manage performance dashboards tracking key sales, call center, and business KPIs.
·       Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation to improve reporting accuracy.
·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency through automation and data-driven decision-making.
·       Maintain security settings, including Power BI Row-Level Security (RLS) and SharePoint permissions.
 
Qualifications
Lead and support CRM implementation and integration projects with HubSpot and Salesforce

• 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with hands-on expertise in CRM implementation and integration (HubSpot, Salesforce)       
  
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  
• Experience with API setup and integration for business applications.
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and Power Query for process automation.
  
• Basic familiarity with Python for data analysis is a plus.
  
• Strong understanding of sales metrics, call center KPIs, and reporting requirements.
  
• Experience with ETL tools to extract, clean, and load data into BI platforms.
  
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas.
  
• Knowledge of SharePoint Lists and Pages for data management.
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate.
