Your new role: You'll play a key role in ensuring that projects (change initiatives), meet objectives on time and by ensuring the implementation of change is delivered smoothly whilst utilising DCA methodology. A key area of focus will be supporting the implementation of projects and supporting the execution of DCA’s future strategy.
The role will involve working cross-functionally in helping to identify and design new processes and solutions as required. The role will also be expected to liaise with third party providers to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and delivered by those providers.
Salary Bracket: £45,000 - £55,000

Requirements
Key accountabilities:
Working with the Head of Change and Transformation you will be able to demonstrate commercial experience in a Business Analyst/Change Management or related role where you will have to demonstrate strong critical thinking and influencing skills.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and define business problems and positively influence outcomes, whilst ensuring alignment with relevant enterprise-wide strategies
- Understand, interpret and communicate stakeholder requirements
- Capture, analyse and document project and business process requirements
- Assess the business impact of any change or new process requirements identified
- Use engagement with our stakeholders to influence prioritisation of backlog items of what brings the most business benefit
- Support acceptance testing activities
- Encourage Lean and Agile ways of working, coaching teams in good ways of working using Agile and Lean methodology and practices, in both your own teams and in partnership with other teams
- Undertake project management oversight and tasks on small projects when necessary
Experience
Must-Have:
- Solid examples of practical experience in business analysis tools and techniques
- Experience in working from a hybrid approach such as Agile or Waterfall
- Ability to untangle complex problems in imaginative and creative ways and articulate complex ideas and be able to transform complexity into simplicity for different audiences
- Cross-functional experience working with other disciplines possibly within an Agile environment, or using Agile practices
- Strong, practical stakeholder management experience
- Project Management experience
- Ability to build strong working relationships with peers and stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise and work on several projects at the same time
- Ability to identify, document and communicate customer journeys and various touchpoints, pain points and outcomes across a given journey
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Curious, Creative, proactive and eager to learn
- Resourceful with initiative and a positive 'can-do’ attitude
- Ability to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
