Business Analyst Intern CoC Sales Operations

What you will be doing:
The CoC Sales Operations intern will provide analytical support to key business leader to help navigate the recent commercial transformation into an end-to-end sales and account management function. This position will work cross functionally with CoC functional owners including operations, technology, product, legal, finance, membership, and allied Premier Channel Partners. The role must understand business requirements and translate large datasets into actionable insights that the sales and account management functions can use the drive retention and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering– 30%
Understanding business needs and objectives
Documenting requirements
Validating requirements and business need
Analysis – 60%
Extracting raw data needed to identify business insight
Report and dashboard development
Formatting data to highlight insight
Reporting Insight – 10%
Summarizing insights for leadership understanding
Cascading insight and identified action to relevant team members
Required Qualifications
Work Experience:
Years of Applicable Experience - 0 or more yearsEducation:
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Preferred Qualifications
Skills:
Excel (Highly Proficient)
