Overview
Business Liaison/Analyst, Internal Benchmarking is responsible for partnering with Executive Leadership to identify and support the development of ongoing metric & dashboard needs related to Executive reporting, Enterprise reporting assets, and key insights to drive business performance visibility.
Responsibilities
- Partners effectively with Executive Leadership to assist in the identification of dashboard and metric needs in alignment with Internal Benchmarking’s core mission.
- Communicates timelines, value to be delivered as well as risks related to new development orenhancements internally with team as well as externally with stakeholders.
- Assists with the definition of data requirements for specific dashboard projects and partner with internal teams as needed to obtain support for those requirements, removing blockers/risks.
- Provides additional analysis or insight to add value to the metrics.
- Identifies and recommends ongoing continuous improvement opportunities to maximize team/processefficiencies.
- Collaborates effectively with other job functions within team, to ensure end-to-end coordination/efficiency with scheduled releases.
- Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting.
- Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline preferred (statistics, finance, management information systems, computer information systems, etc.); or 4+ years of relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with Business Intelligence software; Tableau preferred.
- PMP, Scrum Master or other recognized project management certification strongly preferred, or significant organized training in project management subject area.
- Strong background in managing small to medium sized projects independently.
- Must be highly analytical, well-organized and possess strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- This role requires a demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple assignments, meet deadlines and respond quickly to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving, communications, project management and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience developing and distributing reporting of business performance.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and data warehouse principles.

Base compensation ranges from $92,5000/yr. to $113,500/yr. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
