Job Description
What you will do:
- Acquires and applies BA knowledge.
- Identify, recommend, and deliver innovative solutions.
- Document business processes in a simple, clear concise manner.
- Document and organize the business’ need in the form of User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
- Participate/Lead requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable, and that they conform to standards.
- Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements, specified in an appropriate level of detail and in appropriate forms suitable for use by those who must base their work on the requirements.
- Present requirements using standard templates and alternative views, such as visual analysis models (diagrams), prototypes, or simulations, where appropriate.
- Facilitate ongoing requirements prioritization.
- Ensure that the other squad members have a clear understanding of the business’ need and requirements.
- Follow Agile and/or Kanban Practices with the use of JIRA and Confluence.
- Prepare and execute UAT test plans.
- Manage changes to baseline requirements through effective and appropriate application of change control processes and tools.
- Identify ways to reuse requirements across projects.

- Excellent verbal, writing, interviewing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills, multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- One to two years’ work experience preferred; Any Internship and / or college projects associated with automation or process improvement a plus.
- Strong Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, and Visio).
- Versed in Requirements/Change Management, Impact Analysis and Gap Analysis.
- Experience working with onshore/offshore teams a plus.
- Accident & Health or Property & Casualty Insurance experience a plus.

Salary ranges are available for all positions at this location, taking into account roles with a comparable level of responsibility and impact in the relevant labor market and these salary ranges are regularly reviewed and adjusted in accordance with prevailing market conditions. The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $56,200 to a maximum of $82,400. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.
