Business Analyst, C2 (Bilingual FR/EN)

Here's how you will contribute to the success of the company

Our team goal is to facilitate service management (ITSM) with C2 ITSM, a complete and innovative software. You will contribute to this goal by managing the software implementation projects for new or existing clients, as well as by training users to benefit from it to the maximum. Succeeding in this role implies a good understanding of customers' business processes in order to  execute them as efficiently as possible. To do this, you will work with the development and sales teams.

Here's what your day-to-day will look like in this role

  • Manage the client's implementation project: planning, follow-ups, delivery schedules and budgets.
  • Analyze processes, needs and customer requests in order to detail them and propose functionalities adapted to their business reality.
  • Analyze and understand the customer's technical ecosystem in order to integrate C2 ITSM with other software and platforms.
  • Write various documentation (project plans, customer requirements specifications, knowledge bases, customized reports, etc.).
  • Train administrators and super users of the software in order to maximize their use of the solutions.
  • Participate in the sales cycle by conducting demos to potential clients.

Here's what you need to have and master to get the job

  • Bachelor's degree in business technology management or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3  years of experience in software implementation, integrated business solutions and/or project management.
  • Bilingual, oral and  written (French and English).
  • You have customer satisfaction and teamwork at heart.
  • Excellent understanding of business processes and ability to quickly grasp business needs and issues.
  • Knowledge of recognized methodologies and frameworks (ITIL, PMBOK, AGILE, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is considered an asset.
  • Experience in project management an asset.
  • Experience with Power BI is considered an asset.
