Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual…​

To join our team as a Building Science Specialist. You will act as a program's technical expert by supporting residential & commercial programs. This includes developing training materials, using building rating tools, conducting audits, and creating/interpreting/implementing measure specifications.​​

For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can… ​

• Perform energy audits

• Use standard building science principles to support energy efficiency (e.g., physics, mechanics, fan laws, thermodynamics, algebra, statistics)

• Use standard building science principles to support energy efficiency savings analysis (e.g., physics, mechanics, fan laws, thermodynamics, algebra, statistics)

• Review weatherization, HVAC, and new construction specifications/manuals

• Execute QA/QC protocols for field inspections and support of field staff​

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…​

• 3+ years relative industry experience

• BS in Building Science or related program preferred

• BPI Certification Required
