We’re looking for an eCommerce Operations Manager to take charge of our online operations and expansion. You’ll be the kind of person who thrives on responsibility, thinks strategically, and between what you know and leading our team already in place, can drive growth and oversee all aspects of our Amazon, Chewy.com, and Shopify platforms.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
📈 Oversee the team, ensuring our Amazon catalogue is optimised and performing well.
📊 Monitor KPIs daily, strategize to drive improvements, and ensure strategies are executed.
📝 Create and execute projects aligned with the company’s vision or manage the team to get them done.
🛍 Manage the Chewy.com platform, fully capitalizing on the growth potential and monitor Shopify’s performance.
Working Hours ⏰: This is a role with full-time hours (8 am - 4 pm EST) with flexibility to handle emergencies as needed, including occasional weekends (with additional pay).
Requirements
Must-have requirements:
✅ Full command of Seller Central and deep knowledge of Amazon operations and algorithm.
✅ High-level expertise in PPC (you won’t manage it but need to understand it).
✅ Proven experience managing logistics and supply chain.
✅ Experience managing projects from concept to completion and leading teams effectively.
✅ Exceptional attention to detail with great soft skills.
✅ Hands-on attitude and willingness to take full responsibility for operations.
✅ Experience managing a larger product catalogue (75+ SKUs).
Brownie points:
⭐ Advanced Excel skills.
⭐ Accounting knowledge.
⭐ Experience with Chewy.com.

💰 $3,500–$3,750 monthly salary*
🕒 Full-time, fully remote role with flexibility for emergencies.
