Location: Remote - US. Candidates MUST be based in the United States to be considered.
Preferred Work Schedule: 08:30 to 17:30 CST/EST or 09:00 to 18:00 CST/EST
Job Summary:
The Brokerage Enablement Coordinator serves as the face of the company with various departments of real estate, realtor associations and other vendors and is responsible for working with key stakeholders and staff as we open states and maintain our good standing with all licensing entities and authorities. The BEC should have a strong business administrative background and an understanding of residential real estate / NAR is a plus.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage and prioritize tasks to support the Brokerage, including requests from department of real estate, boards & MLS
Ensure timely completion of tasks within specified deadlines
Provide high-quality customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
Follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion
Accurately follows standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline tasks and minimize errors
Makes informed decisions based on available information, best practices, and established guidelines and is comfortable escalating tickets when situations fall outside of proposed guidelines.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Proficient in clean and organized record keeping with attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Self directed and work independently with experience in remote environment
Team player who is collaborative, positive, and proactive with constructive attitude towards problem solving
Education and Experience:
2+ years administrative experience
Experience working in residential real estate brokerage or tech company is a plus
Degree in Business Administration is a plus
