As a Field Operations Manager, you will bring your proven supervisory experience - in retail, field marketing, logistics, operations, administrative management, etc. - to oversee a remote team of field merchandising specialists for our Break Fix program.  What is Break Fix? The maintenance and merchandising of interactive displays to ensure brands are optimally represented at retail.

You will ensure that your team’s assignments are completed correctly and on time and monitor workload as well as performance. You are a communicator, resolution seeker, and natural collaborator who can both motivate and mentor your team. Your ability to prioritize and multi-task while accommodating increased workloads during our busier cycles will be paramount to your success. This is a fast-paced, consistently changing environment where your efforts do not go unnoticed and opportunities for career advancement are available. Our ideal candidate loves the challenge of working through a problem, thrives in a collaborative team environment, has a strong drive to succeed, is detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills, is proficient in Excel, admin skills, and reporting, and enjoys managing people!
