We are looking for a Brand Naming Project Manager to join our enterprise tech client's Brand and Creative Lab team. In this role you will support naming initiatives across our consumer portfolio of hardware, software, solutions and services products. This role has a great opportunity to drive brand ideas and recommendations to foster growth and build desire for our consumer product brand portfolio. The position requires strong leadership, collaboration, project management and communication skills. This role works closely with the Senior Brand Strategist leading naming across our client’s consumer portfolio.
Would you like to…
- Track brand naming requests – reach back to teams to ensure a streamlined process for confirmation, sharing, and assignments.
- Maintain daily oversight of ClickUp data, ensuring all project information is accurately collected & stored.
- Ensure teams are adhering to our naming guidelines in LOB in their request.
- Explore innovative ways to enhance team utilization of ClickUp.
- Set clear understanding of when a new name is required.
- Help with naming creative development in partnership with brand strategists.
- Develop effective presentations with creative naming frameworks, naming narratives, naming profiles, and competitive naming landscapes to drive decision-making across complex stakeholder sets.
We would like you to have…
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing or brand strategy, either at a brand or naming agency or on the client side, having primarily worked on brand naming and brand architecture.
- Strong project management skills.
- Familiarity with ClickUp, SharePoint, and digital asset management systems preferred.
- Strong organizational & communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP a plus.
- ClickUp certification a plus.

Compensation range: $40 - $45/hr
