The Position:

We are looking for a multi-disciplinary Brand Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role you will plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistency in GameChanger brand messaging and visual identity. This is an exciting new role within our organization and will report into the VP of Marketing.Ā 

What Youā€™ll Do:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives across all consumer touchpoints and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand messaging and impact.

  • Create compelling brand narratives and messaging that resonate with our target audience of athletes, coaches, fans and sports organizations.

  • Partner with our internal studio team on content creation and campaign execution to and effectively communicate the GameChanger brand story to our target audience.

  • Support the marketing and expansion of the GameChangers advertising product within the industry, collaborating closely with Dick's Sporting Goods and working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and product teams to drive success.

  • Enhance brand activations with partners such as Major League Baseball and Little Leagues by creating memorable experiences through collaborative initiatives, marketing campaigns, and events.

  • Track and measure brand health by managing and analyzing data from the Brand Health Tracker study, ensuring continuous monitoring of key performance indicators and providing actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.
