The Team
The Brand Manager, Wedding is responsible for defining and executing the brand and integrated marketing strategy for the Wedding category. They shape brand marketing decisions, develop integrated marketing plans, and articulate core positioning to inspire exceptional and effective creative work. 
This person is consumer-obsessed, focusing on reaching the right consumer, with the right message, in the right channel, at the right time. They are equal parts strategic, creative, analytical, and operational – understanding how to translate marketing and channel plans into creative execution. 
The Brand Manager, Wedding reports to the Brand Director and works cross-functionally with channel marketing, merchandising, category management, and creative teams.

You Will:

  • Build the seasonal marketing calendar for product launches, campaigns, cultural moments, editorial franchises, and promo events 
  • Partner with category management and merchandising teams to deeply understand consumer insights and how the Minted product/service portfolio is positioned 
  • Collaborate with the Brand Director on quarterly brand strategy and positioning
  • Create integrated marketing plans that effectively and elegantly increase engagement and consumer affinity to Minted
  • Develop quarterly launch plans in partnership with channel marketing to determine how each campaign is supported across touchpoints
  • Build omnichannel campaign briefs that articulate content needs, channel executions, product support, and linking strategies
  • Partner with the creative team to develop beautiful, engaging campaigns that are optimized for customer engagement and aligned with brand & business objectives
  • Partner with the social, influencer, and production teams to fuel creator content for all platforms. 
  • Own and maintain the marketing programming calendar to manage the day-to-day execution of campaigns across all channels

You Are:

  • Obsessed with the wedding consumer journey; empathetic to her pain points and understand the content, product, and services we can support her with at various stages, both on and off-platform
  • Experienced in achieving business objectives and working within a complex environment to hit deadlines
  • Knowledgeable across the landscape of lifestyle consumer brands, preferably with crossover/affinity to the wedding industry
  • A self-starter with an ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects. 
  • Results-driven, focused, and analytical with outstanding follow-up, organization, and time management skills.
  • Passionate about how media and content perform across different marketing channels and the ability to communicate individual channel needs in the briefing process.
  • Excited to work in a collaborative team environment. A successful history of working cross-functionally to influence others and execute projects.

You Have:

  • A deeply quantitative and analytical mind. The ideal candidate loves data and can analyze a problem, use data to articulate a recommendation, and take action accordingly.
  • Strong consumer insights and an understanding of how and why consumers use Minted products.
  • Passion for how media and content perform across different marketing channels and the ability to communicate individual channel needs in the briefing process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A deep appreciation for art and design, and its power to enrich people’s lives
  • 4 years of marketing and/or brand strategy experience in a consumer, retail company, e-commerce brand and/or creative agency.
  • BA or equivalent is required. MBA or advanced degree is highly desired.
Compensation:
The compensation range for the role applies to both employment offers and Minted employees actively working in the role. Our employment offers fall between the minimum and midpoint of the range to allow for continued salary growth during your employment at Minted. The upper half of the range accommodates this growth and supports our intention to create an environment that encourages lasting relationships between Minted and our employees.

This role is eligible for an annual performance bonus and stock options.
