SALARY:  $92,000 - $97,000, bonus eligible

LOCATION: Remote: MA (Boston), MD, VA, or DC areas

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Craft Northeast, Brand Manager – Commercial Analytics for is responsible for supporting Devils Backbone and Cisco Brewery Brands, with a focus on sales analytics, consumer research, digital marketing, and project management. Successful applicants will show an understanding of the consumer package goods space, marketing technology, data analysis and visualizations, and work closely with all departments to ensure that brands are appropriately supported.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively supports the Marketing Director to develop, recommend, and lead the execution of the marketing strategy as well as manage the effective deployment of the marketing budget.

  • Analyze internal marketing and commercial performance data and recommend actions to be taken.

  • Analyze brands and competitive trends and recommend actions to be taken.

  • Develop creative briefs that align with brand strategy and values-based brand proposition for certain creative projects.

  • Provide ongoing collaboration, creative input, and design projects with internal and external partners.

  • Ensures ideas and concepts align with marketing objectives and are completed by timelines.

  • Create and shape brand messaging and communication of new brand offerings.

  • Aid in the development and own the execution of the marketing plan and materials based on market insights.

  • Manage performance of Cisco brand team, holding team accountable for assigned responsibilities and projects.

  • POC for all brand marketing research and analytics

  • Some night and weekend travel required: 5-10%

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, economics, statistics, data science or related field needed - required.

  • 3 years of marketing experience in Brand Marketing or Marketing Analytics.

  • Excellent organization, communication, and project management skills.

  • Strong strategic, analytic, financial, and consumer research skills.

  • Working knowledge of the craft beer and distilled spirits industry helpful.

  • Understanding of the selling process, retail environment, and distribution network.

  • Creative problem solver who can be collaborative with a diverse cross-functional team.

  • Strategic thinker who can articulate the brand vision, as well as anticipate and identify consumer needs.

  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, and advanced Data Visualization Tools, including power BI, Tableau.

  • Strong multi-tasker able to handle multiple competing priorities at once.
