The Internship:

Live Nation’s Femme It Forward is in search of a highly motivated, organized and most importantly, enthusiastic individual who is interested in working within the heart of the live entertainment industry. As a Brand Management Intern, you can expect to develop your brand, sponsorships and project management skills as well as gain valuable, real-world experience in the entertainment industry. Interns will gain firsthand experience in areas such as business development, innovation, market analysis, market research, and creative development. Working within the core team, this opportunity exposes the intern to the key functions of sponsorships and brand partnerships.

The Brand Management Intern will assist in strategizing creative partnerships with brands as well as the Femme It Forward brand in an effort to expand Femme It Forward’s audience.

Learning Objectives:

  • Conduct research by using digital platforms, such as Google Analytics, to evaluate the performance of partner brands
  • Examine research projects related to current and potential new sponsorships
  • Review brand sponsorship deliverables with an eye toward data analytics and other metrics
  • Research and share knowledge of current events in the industry as they relate to organizational objectives for the brand
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must provide a link or PDF of portfolio with the application for review.
  • Interns must have strong typography and composition skills exhibited in their portfolio.
  • Must have knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Key Note and Powerpoint is mandatory.
  • Graphic design experience
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university; Preferably in a field related to the internship you are applying for
  • Junior or Senior standing
  • Must have an avid interest in music, knowledge about artists, current on brands and partnership trends.
  • Strong time management skills a must, along with the ability to keep up with changing task prioritization in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and take creative direction from superiors and constructive criticism from other team members.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Part-Time attendance 3-5 days per week, Monday through Friday; negotiated shifts between the hours of 10AM-6PM
  • Must be able to commit to a minimum work schedule of 25 hours per week.

The expected compensation for this position is:

$17.28 USD - $20.00 USD Hourly

** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
