We are seeking a Brand & Integrated Marketing Lead, a pivotal role responsible for deeply understanding our customers and product, crafting clear marketing strategies, and leading impactful campaigns and activations. You will identify key moments on our calendar and roadmap, seamlessly stitching together our efforts across audiences, product lines, and teams.This is a highly strategic role that will require cross-functional partnership with the executive leadership team, marketing leadership, Sales and Product teams. This role will be responsible for defining our integrated marketing campaigns throughout the year and help deliver new brand campaigns in the market. This individual will play a critical role in the success and growth of the Webflow brand.

This is a highly visible and strategic role in which it will be crucial to build trust and partnership with other marketers in addition to colleagues in: Creative, Content, Growth, Product Marketing, Sales, Community & our Executive team.

About the role:

  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
    • United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
      • Zone A: $179,000 - $251,500
      • Zone B: $168,000 - $236,500
      • Zone C: $157,000 - $221,500
