We are looking for a Brand Designer with a passion for creative storytelling and experience working within a design system on a wide range of activations. In this role, you will partner closely with the Design team to build and grow Greenlight’s visual brand identity across all of our marketing, advertising, and product touchpoints. You’ll be responsible for creating work that connects with families, clearly communicates all our product offerings, brings surprise & delight, and differentiates Greenlight in the competitor space.

Your day-to-day:

• Concept and design engaging visual assets across Greenlight’s brand and product ecosystem to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts.
• Work on a range of creative projects like marketing and product launch campaigns, website landing pages, emails, social media content, in-app content, company swag, presentation decks, direct mailers, and more. 
• Leverage motion to engage viewers and support storytelling.
• Drive consistency and cohesion across the brand, building upon guidelines and identifying opportunities for fresh visual expression.
• Collaborate with marketing and product managers, creative directors, strategists, copywriters, designers, and cross-functional teams to ensure your work delivers on the creative brief and meets business objectives.

What you’ll bring to the team:

• 1-3 years of design experience at a creative agency or in-house at a design-led company. 
• A dynamic portfolio showcasing diverse design skills: layout, typography, color, form, motion, storytelling, and brand systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines
• Strong visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A strong grasp on contemporary design aesthetics, trends, and interest in emerging technologies.
• Advanced design skills in Figma. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Working knowledge of AfterEffects is a big plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Nice to have: ability to design for print and create press-ready mechanical files

Our stance on salaries:Greenlight provides a competitive compensation package with a market-based approach to pay and will vary depending on your location, experience and skill set. The total compensation package for this position will also include a discretionary performance bonus, equity rewards, medical benefits, 401K match, and more. Greenlight conducts continuous compensation evaluations across departments and geographies to ensure we are keeping our pay current and competitive.
The estimated base pay range for this position in (NY, CA, WA): $70,000-$95,000The estimated base pay range for this position in (CO): $70,000-$85,000
