Job Description:

As a Green Revolution Brand Ambassador Manager, you will be at the forefront of promoting our high-quality cannabis products in New York State. Your role involves scheduling and coordinating vendor days at dispensaries, distributing marketing materials, managing a team of Brand Ambassadors, and tracking their performance and impact. You will also participate in vendor days to directly engage with consumers and stakeholders.

Originating in Washington State, our Doozie gummies, WildSide Max Shots, and Water-Based Tinctures are crafted with all-natural ingredients, designed for fast-acting effects, and focused on unique ratios of minor cannabinoids and active botanicals. We seek a passionate Brand Ambassador Manager to expand our brand’s reach and deepen our engagement with customers and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Coordination:

• Manage and lead a team of Brand Ambassadors.

• Coordinate and schedule vendor days across various dispensaries.

• Provide training and support to Brand Ambassadors.

Logistics and Distribution:

• Distribute marketing materials, swag, and non-infused products to Brand Ambassadors.

• Ensure Brand Ambassadors are well-equipped for their vendor days.

Engagement and Promotion:

• Engage with consumers and stakeholders, enhancing brand recognition and loyalty.

• Work closely with the marketing team to implement effective promotional strategies.

• Conduct vendor days yourself to directly engage with consumers and dispensary staff.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

• Track and report on the performance and impact of Brand Ambassadors.

• Offer insightful feedback from field experiences to improve our products and marketing tactics.

Requirements

• Strong passion and knowledge about the cannabis industry and products.

• Exceptional communication and people skills.

• Experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role is advantageous.

• Ability to effectively engage and educate diverse groups of people.

• Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously.

• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to assigned locations.

• Must own a car and be willing to travel for work (expense reimbursed).

• Willing to drive to Poughkeepsie, NY at least once a month to pick up non-infused samples, marketing materials, etc.

• Applicants must be 21 years or older and adhere to all state cannabis regulations.
