That’s why we support you to pursue a career that’s unique to you. Because success is personal.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll collaborate with various site functions, including Engineering, Project Management, Planning, Procurement, Delivery, Commissioning, and Site Operations, to support construction planning and coordination across the project.

You’ll work on transverse issues across areas and focus on delivering credible schedules well in advance of implementation, typically by T-16 weeks. Using tools like Navisworks, Synchro, P6, and PowerBI, you’ll interrogate schedules, manage data, and present findings effectively.

Reporting to the Area Integration Manager, you’ll ensure all tasks meet Health and Safety expectations, comply with HPC Life Saving Rules, and adhere to specifications, standards, and industry best practices. You’ll also apply lessons learned from similar projects to support the project’s “Right First Time” objective and contribute to quality and safety outcomes.

Who you are

You will need strong technical engineering skills based on Civil, Electrical or Mechanical engineering disciplines ideally on large engineering/infrastructure projects. Experience working within highly regulated environments is essential, and a background in nuclear construction or knowledge of health and safety qualifications like IOSH Managing Safely would be advantageous.

You’ll demonstrate excellent organisational and analytical skills with the ability to manage complex construction sequences effectively and deliver tasks accurately and on time. You’ll have experience using tools like P6, Navisworks, and the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, to interrogate schedules, manage data, and present findings.

We’re looking for someone who can establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation and who brings a proactive, solutions-focused mindset to every challenge.

If this sounds like you then we’d love to hear from you!

Closing date for applications: 18th December 2024
Interviews to be scheduled January 2025.
