Position: Bilingual Telehealth Therapist – LCSW or LPC 

Sign-on Bonus Eligible | Compensation: Starting at $80,000/yr | Fully Remote (U.S. only) 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5 or 11:30-8 EST (37.5 hours per week) 

To be considered for this position, candidates must be Bi-lingual in Spanish, Mandarin, and/or Cantonese and have 2 years of therapy experience.

Iris Telehealth is seeking compassionate LCSWs or LPCs who speak Spanish, Mandarin, and/or Cantonese to provide therapy services for child, adolescent, and adult patients. This full-time, 100% remote position allows you to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, expanding access to high-quality, comprehensive care through one of our Pennsylvania FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) partners.  

As part of our team, you’ll work alongside experts in psychiatry and psychology, all with the robust administrative support you need to focus on what matters most—your patients.  

About the Role: 

• Setting: Outpatient Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Pennsylvania – 100% Remote 

• Flexible Schedule: 37.5 hrs/week | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM or 11:30 AM-8:00 PM EST 

• Patient Population: All Ages (Approx. 25% Children & Adolescents, 75% Adults) with diagnoses including SMI, anxiety disorder, depression, trauma, ADHD, and dual diagnosis 

• Compensation: $80,000/year (W2)

Qualifications: 

• 2+ years of experience as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) 

• Fluent in Spanish, Mandarin and/or Cantonese, and willing and able to provide patient care in this language 

• Proven experience providing therapy services, with at least 2 years of diagnostic experience in these settings  

• Full-time availability (37.5 hours per week) during EST hours.  

• Experience & willingness to treat patients across various age groups, ideally all ages but a minimum of ages 13+  

• Must have passed ASWB, NCW, and/or NCMHCE examination 

• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
