Bilingual Senior Telesales Agent (Mandarin)

The Senior Telesales Agent conducts selling activities related to inbound calls inquiring about individual health plan products. The Senior Telesales Agent work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
The Senior Telesales Agent qualifies prospects and attempts to close sale and successfully handle consumer calls that may require the use of an interpreter or TTY service. May originate calls from leads. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications
- Has current Active Health Insurance License or the ability to obtain license
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin with the ability to speak, read and write in both languages without limitations or assistance
- Demonstrates strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to connect meaningfully with customers to build emotional engagement and customer advocacy
- Simplify complexity and integrate internal efforts to deliver an optimal customer experience
- Easily adapt to learning new software/programs and follows call flow processes and procedures
- You must be available and willing to work any shift between 7:00am — 2:00am including weekends and overtime during peak season from approximately September - December
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences and able to navigate stressful situations

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
