We are seeking a Manager will partner with Circana account lead to engage with a leading automotive retailer and support its suppliers to migrate reporting from a legacy platform to the new portal powered by Circana. Educating the retailers’ personnel to be Unify ambassadors and communicate the value of the new platform. By developing actionable workflows within the platform that help drive incremental sales, optimize inventory levels, reduce supply chain overhead costs, and automate manual reporting and execution.

 

Bi-Lingual English & Spanish to support retailer’s Mexico division with business communication skills.

 

What will you be doing?

You will be part of the portfolio enablement team supporting a leading automotive retailer and their vendor partners. We focus on driving clarity out of the complexity of our data portfolio, market dynamics, and supply & demand. You will work collaboratively with other internal Circana team members as well as retailer and vendor partners to deliver best-in-class reporting and analyses.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Learn the retailer’s supply chain data within the Unify platform.
  • Train the retailer’s personnel on the Circana Unify Platform to support their vendors.
  • Work with the retailers’ strategic suppliers to develop collaborative workflows that can be replicated and scaled throughout the retailer’s supplier ecosystem.
  • Create syndicated reporting across the vendor community.
  • Implement a program for value tracking, to support measurable results from the actions taken against the insights.
  • Serve as key contributor on the program supporting reporting as they maintain and continue to lead the direct monetization program with the vendors.
  • Capture value measurement of Unify based insights that demonstrates the ROI for the retailer’s investment.
  • Manage client requests and submit internal tickets to add new users and confirm access.
  • Develop and host retailer catered Unify training and continuing education.
  • Develop high level competence of Circana’s data assets. Serve as a subject matter expert on the program supporting retailer.
  • Execute and maintain retailer reporting in Circana Unify User Experience platform.
  • Organize reporting into stories to support common analysis paths using User Experience tool Genius Script.
  • Ability to execute ad-hoc data pulls and analyses for the retailer with high client satisfaction.
  • Promote use of latest Circana innovations and improvements to drive client business growth.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and best practice sharing opportunities.
  • Lead client training initiatives on Circana platform & tools to aid self-service usage.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing, Business, or related field with a quantitative component.
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience providing data insights - analytics from POS, supply chain or other data for Retail or Supplier clients.
  • Strong background in working with item/retail/day data sets and distilling insight and developing action plans from data.
  • Strong capability developing custom reporting for clients and/or adapting reporting to better fit for the client
  • Passion for consulting utilizing data and analytics.
  • An inquisitive orientation to problem-solving and analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to leverage PPT/Excel to share data and deliver fact-based insights.
  • Responsiveness and speed with an eye for detail & accuracy
  • Ability to work well in teams, retailers, and their vendor partners.
  • Ability to balance and prioritize multiple competing tasks.
  • Creative thinking
  • Curious about the “why” behind questions, comfortable probing to fully understand client ask and ensure delivery with thought leadership.
  • Experience with Supply Chain/Loyalty/POS data and Circana Unify+ experience is a plus.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.  An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The salary range for this role is $61,000.00 $80,000.00.
