Position Summary:

As a key contributor to our growth team, the chosen candidate will inform, enlighten, and coordinate appointments for potential patients across our network of 13 surgical centers. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be passionate about helping others, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • The Patient Care Advocate is a results driven individual who is responsible for making outbound calls and taking inbound calls, acquiring new patients, and exceeding goals through personal efforts and referrals; enhancing selling skills; developing healthy/productive working relationships with patients and colleagues.
  • Taking inbound calls from prospective patients to discuss our dental implant solution. Following up on leads through CRM by contacting prospective patients through outbound call activity.  
  • Assisting potential patients in the decision-making process utilizing the NHOMS & MassOMS consult process.
  • Manage follow up process by reaching out to potential patients who have already expressed an interest to help educate them on the process, identify where they are in their decision-making process, and/or follow up on patients who may have delayed treatment.
  • Manage the referral-based lead generation process, working with existing patients to identify potential referrals.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese 
  • Fluency in Spanish is also a nice to have
  • Self-motivated, professional and target driven.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and willingness to learn internal programs.
  • Team player within a target-driven environment.

Remote Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask through computer programs and systems comfortably in a remote office setting with dual monitors. 
  • Proficient with computer problem solving skills and set up.
  • Secure, reliable, compatible, and dedicated high-speed internet is required to support business needs (may be asked to share screenshot of current network speed).
  • Must have a dedicated and private home work space with minimal distractions.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in business-related filed OR equivalent experience
  • Preferably 2 years of successful Inside Sales experience
  • Experience in building and maintaining patient relationships
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport over the phone and through email 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Passion for making a positive impact on people's lives 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $50,000-$60,000 per hour base compensation + an uncapped sales incentive plan
