Bilingual Member Set Up Administrator

Group Medical Underwriting is looking for a highly motivated, organized individual to fill the position of Group Benefits Member Set Up Administrator. As the successful candidate, The Member Set up Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely updating of all plan member information into the underwriting database.
Position Responsibilities:
Create initial set-up of all plan member details in the database
Organize and prioritize work distribution by monitoring incoming work volumes and balance this between the MSA team in order to meet service standards.
Monitor and respond to incoming email inquiries and correspondence with missing information or follow up on outstanding missing information
Work in a team environment, as well as being able to resolve issues accurately and independently
Adaptable organizational skills to be able to work in a multitasking fast paced work environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy and flexible when dealing with change
Required Qualifications:
Bilingual (French & English) is required - The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.
Organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent decision-making skills
Ability to work within tight turnaround time
Preferred Qualifications:
