We are seeking a talented and proactive BI Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of our SaaS solutions for clients. As a BI Consultant, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs, design and implement effective BI solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure the optimal utilization of our SaaS platform.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, data requirements, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify opportunities for leveraging our SaaS solution to address client challenges.
• Lead the design and implementation of business intelligence solutions within our SaaS platform.
• Customize and configure the SaaS solution to meet specific client requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to process and analyze large datasets, extracting valuable insights to inform decision-making.
• Develop data models and visualizations that effectively communicate complex information to clients and support their strategic goals.
• Conduct thorough testing of implemented BI solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with clients to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to meet evolving business needs.
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive user experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business intelligence and SaaS.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of our SaaS offering.

• Hospitality or hotle experience (Finance, Revenue Management, F&B, Spa, Group Planning)
• 2+ years in a Business Intelligence role or similar role utilizing excel
• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and experience with SaaS implementations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.

This position offers a base compensation range of $65,000 to $95,000. This range represents the potential compensation for this role, with actual pay varying based on factors such as the location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
