THE OPPORTUNITY:

As a Product Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in facilitating the operational aspects that underpin the product team's strategic direction and roadmap execution. You will work closely with various teams to streamline processes, communication channels, and develop and manage programs that enable our product strategy. 

This role specifically supports ActBlue’s Beta Operations. In this role, you will be an important part of a mission-critical program to gather user insights into ActBlue’s products and features in development. You will be responsible for developing and evolving the processes, communications, and tools to support closing the customer feedback loop, and for managing the day-to-day operations of the beta program.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Support the development of beta program strategy: understand internal needs for user insights and testing, define beta cohorts, create beta test plans, and coordinate with product management, engineering, and UX team members to prioritize beta activities, …
