Benefits Analyst  *Remote*  Candidates in Washington or California are encouraged to apply. 

The Benefits Analyst incumbent will have benefits administration and design knowledge to provide accurate benefit plan explanation, provide customer service to caregivers and managers, and execute administration/plan design functions for a multi-state, multi-line organization. The incumbent will participate in benefits projects and assist the Sr. Benefits Analyst and Benefits Manager with implementation of benefits program changes/design.

Required Qualifications: 

• 2 years experience in the development, analysis and support of benefits programs and processes.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree - Business or HR related field of study.
• Coursework/Training - PHR, CEBS, CBP, HIA, GBA.
• PHR, CEBS, CBP, HIA, GBA
• 1 year - Project management or coordination experience.
• 1 year - Corporate role in overseeing benefits for system with subsidiaries/divisions.
• 1 year - In health care and/or a union environment.
• Experience in HRIS or payroll system.

California: All Northern California - Except Humboldt: Min: $41.70, Max: $64.75

California: All Southern California - Except Bakersfield: Min: $37.17, Max: $57.71

California: Bakersfield: Min: $35.66, Max: $55.37

Washington: Western - Except Tukwila: Min: $37.17, Max: $57.71

Washington: Southwest - Olympia, Centralia & Below: Min: $35.66, Max: $55.37

Washington: Tukwila: Min: $37.17, Max: $57.71

Washington: Eastern: Min: $31.73, Max: $49.27

Washington: South Eastern: Min: $33.24, Max: $51.61

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
