Get to Know the Opportunity:

The ACA Team Lead/Trainer will provide leadership within the ACA team to drive five-star service experiences for Benefitfocus and TangoHealth clients. The Team Lead will manage customer relationships and escalations through excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong instinct in handling routine and unexpected situations. TangoHealth, a Benefitfocus company, will build up topical expertise in HR administration and the large employer mandate laws in the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
