Join us in reducing stigma, saving lives, and changing the way addiction is treated in America.Job Summary:Reporting to the VP of Behavioral Health, the Behavioral Health Regional Manager leads a regional team of certified and licensed Behavioral Health staff (Recovery Counselors & Behavioral Health Care Specialists) who deliver clinical care via Shared Medical Appointments and support groups.
The successful candidate will use best practices and benchmarks to ensure the team is meeting or exceeding quality standards and departmental goals. This role is for someone with a MA level behavioral health background, and for those with a minimum of 4 years experience in people management within a clinical setting.
Core Responsibilities:
- Generating and executing on short and long-term team goals that align with company objectives.
- Development and implementation of process improvement plans that are in alignment with company OKRs.
- Utilization of project management skills to deliver on quarterly targets.
- Lead the day-to-day operations of regional staff including but not limited to:
- Providing administrative oversight of all BH employees in the region.
- Collecting, reporting and being accountable for staff's individual performance targets.
- Leading team huddles and departmental meetings
- Hiring, training, and managing staff performance
- Ensuring team compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Responsible for regional coverage of SMA’s and support groups.
- Developing and maintaining training materials that comply with company policies and clinical guidelines.
- Creating and promoting a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and engagement.
- Clinical/Administrative time determined on count of staff in region.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree (Required)
- Independent clinical state licensure in FL, TX, NM required (LCSW or LMFT Required)
- Work in EST or CST time zone.
- Minimum 4 years of direct management experience (< 7 years of management experience)
- Demonstrated track record of meeting organizational goals and developing process improvement plans
- Ability to manage data, report on metrics, and present to staff and leadership
- Track record of executing with independent judgment
- Accountable for project oversight and demonstration of project management skills
- Plans and executes on initiatives that directly impact Clinic OKRS & eNPS score
