Responsibilities and Impact:

The U.S. financials team at S&P Global Market Intelligence is looking for a skilled reporter to cover all aspects of deals in the banking sector. As a bank deals reporter, you will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and reporting on mergers, acquisitions, capital markets and other strategic transactions involving banks and credit unions. You will provide in-depth coverage explaining the rationale behind the transactions and develop insightful analysis on deal trends. The reporter will also write about the advisers on the deals, and regulation impacting financial institution deal landscape.
