Back Office Specialist with Dutch and French - Remote from Spain

Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees in 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work and Top Employer), is looking for a group of highly-skilled professionals to join our team.
You would be working on behalf of our client, a world-renowned leader in the field of life sciences known for their high quality research products. Their wide product range offers solutions for different types of laboratories.
Main responsibilities:
- Preparation / maintenance of site access documents to access customer sites.
- Working on quotes / quote acceptance and customer returns / Tracking numbers & missing documentation.
- Working with relocation team and schedulers to ensure the Purchase Order is available to cover transportation services etc.
- Contacting customer and suppling all necessary documents and information.
- Explaining to the customer how the quote is set up, clarifying questions concerning trail and labor as well as part prices and discounts.
- Contact the customer and arrange the pick up with the carrier, when parts need to be collected
- Do the follow up with the customer after shipping the replacement parts of the defective module
Requirements
- Experience on data management, quality and cleaning
- Native/advanced level of Dutch.
- B2 level of English or higher.
- Experienced user in CRM.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in appropriate language.
- Motivation & personality for seeking customer satisfaction and resolution.
- Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Candidates must be located in Spain.
