Job Description
The Agilent Digital team’s strategic intent is to deliver a differentiated digital experience throughout the customer buying journey for new and repeat customers. This role focuses on determining the strategic priorities, business plans, promotion, improvements, trainings and collecting voice of customer/stakeholders for the B2B product. Ultimately this role is pivotal to supporting the overall health of Agilent’s B2B platform through collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive digital product adoption and increase online order growth.
The job requires knowledge of customer procurement systems, EDI, B2B, Ecatalogs, and Marketplaces. This role also requires focused collaboration with the B2B operational teams.
Key activities include analyzing market data to identify trends/opportunities, developing strategic direction from market information, and creating compelling market analysis presentations. This role enables sales by identifying and developing business opportunities and providing information and support for the sales force. May be responsible for interfacing with customers through company channels marketing program.
Support and lead ideation, development, and training elements of digital B2B solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders in alignment with business objectives.
Develop roadmaps and strategic direction for the overall B2B product.
Work together with the B2B operational team to identify opportunities to improve the health and expansion of the B2B product
Stay current on trends and technologies in the B2B space. Work with the B2B operations team to continue to promote the improvement of B2B capabilities over time.
Partner with operational teams and external IT resources to enhance B2B capabilities.
Design solutions across a highly complex, cross-functional organization that meet the needs of global customers.
Is accountable for tracking and delivering projects on-time and on budget.
Recommends enhancements for existing functionalities to improve ease of use for customers.
Familiar with the department's and the company's strategy and competitive position and develops a holistic product approach to drive maximum value.
Qualifications
BS/MS degree in Business, Engineering, Sciences, or equivalent
8+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years supporting Digital Product Management role
5+ years of project and/or program management experience focusing on Agile methodology
Knowledge of customer B2B and EProcurement processes and procedures
Experience managing vendors
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and synthesize varied business requirements and prioritize simple global solutions for customers
Ability to determine strategic direction and roadmap for digital products
Demonstrated digital mindset and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects
Independent, strong customer orientation and ability to make progress and get things done
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to travel 5-10%

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least December 2, 2024 or until the job is no longer posted.The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $130,240.00 - $244,200.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
