We are currently seeking a Azure Cloud SRE Engineer - HYBRID or REMOTE to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).

Duties/Responsibilities:
-    Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large-scale distributed software applications

-    Resolve and fix production incidents involving site availability, service disruptions.
-    Complete user requests including user access requests, system config changes, reports, etc
-    Run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health 

-    Improve reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of software solutions

-    Analyze a high volume of technical data and work in a fast-paced environment.

-    Log all service request and incident details

-    Respond to a reported service incident, identifying the cause, and initiating the incident management process

-    Prioritize incidents according to their urgency and influence on the business

-    Automate the Service requests that happen frequently thus improving business and operational efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical qualification or professional experience.
• 5+ years of Azure Cloud infrastructure experience in a mission-critical environment
• 5+ Experience with production infrastructure as an SRE (DevOps engineer or production engineer)

• Self-disciplined, self-managed, self-motivated, and strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
• Systematic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting language.
• Excellent communication skills working with stakeholders and domain experts across the company to design solutions to user problems.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and time management skills.
• Candidate is required to work in EST time zone 

Desired Programming Skills:

• Microsoft .Net / react JS
• Microsoft Azure Services Knowledge
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Grafana, Kibana, Octopus, Bamboo
• Scripting (PowerShell)

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $81,900 – 170,800. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
