As an Automation and Integration Specialist on the Partner Solutions team you will be responsible for building custom reporting solutions, creating software automations, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet business requirements. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will drive the optimization and enhancement of existing automations while ensuring seamless integrations with new systems and processes.

What You'll Do:

• Develop customized reports using SQL, API data, and other relevant sources to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
• Design and implement software automations that streamline repetitive tasks.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather and comprehend requirements for reports and automated tasks.
• Maintain, optimize, and continuously improve existing automations to ensure they align with evolving business needs.
• Work collaboratively with Engineering and Development teams to facilitate seamless integrations, thorough testing, and quality assurance.

What You Have: 

• 2+ years of experience in an automation and integration oriented role.
• 1+ years of experience with SQL, Python, and Selenium, with the ability to apply them effectively in automation and reporting tasks.
• 1+ years of a strong technical knowledge of HTTP-based API integrations with the ability to interpret API documentation and decipher JSON/XML data structures.
• Capacity to bridge the gap between technical intricacies and business objectives by comprehending how data supports organizational goals.
• Exceptional curiosity and creativity, enabling innovative problem-solving for complex operational challenges related to integrations.
• You ideally have familiarity with Source Control using GIT.
• You ideally have experience using Microsoft Pipelines for automating processes.
• An understanding of front-end web technologies including HTML, CSS, and Javascript.

The national cash compensation range for this role is $76,000 - $85,000* per year.
