“An Audit/Assessment Sales Support Manager supports FICO Sales organization of over 500 people across the globe, in coordinating FICO’s response to vendor and security compliance focused assessment/audit requests from our customers. The role sits within FICO’s Global Customer Assessment Support (GCAS) Team and entails strong project management skills, customer focus, and a basic understanding of industry-mandated regulations and how compliance audits are conducted. You will have interaction with multiple departments at FICO, engaging the appropriate subject matter experts to meet assessment/audit requirements. This is a client-facing role, as the Audit Sales Support Manager works on behalf of the Sales Representatives in managing assessment/audit request projects from intake to closure, ensuring proper communication throughout the project. What You’ll Contribute
Collaborate with different Software functional groups, including Product, Engineering, Security, Sales, Professional Services, and Legal to respond and fulfill customer assessments
Monitor the project queue for new assessment requests, checking for completeness and accuracy of assessments, and pre-qualify requests based on review of relevant contract(s)
Complete assigned customer assessment/audit projects, including being accountable for end-to-end project management. This requires scheduling, completing questionnaires, reviewing with key stakeholders, fulfilling documentation requests, and other project deliverables.
Support team members with the scheduling and facilitation of remote and onsite third-party vendor risk assessments/audits requested by FICO’s customers.
Support team members in gathering appropriate responses to customer reported findings/gaps, develop customer approved remediation plans, and drive findings/gaps to closure.
Communicate project status to customers and internal stakeholders per external and internal SLAs, informing of any potential scheduling conflicts or general risks to the project.
Contribute to the authoring and maintenance of team’s process and training documentation. Help manage project-tracking reports.
Build relationships with key stakeholders to improve the customer experience.
What We Are Seeking
Bachelor's degree in business management/administration, communications, marketing, information technology, and/or relevant experience
Proven experience managing multiple, concurrent projects/demands while driving and maintaining project execution and focus.
Highly developed interpersonal and collaboration skills, including strong communication with clients and across all areas and levels at FICO.
Prior experience managing customer assessments for Software as a Service (SaaS) products.
Experience working in fast-paced, hands-on, ambiguous, and adaptive environments, ideally including time with a company in a transformative period.
Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment.
High-level understanding of industry-mandated regulations.
Self-motivated and highly collaborative style, with an open-mind for learning.
A positive can-do attitude; reliable, personable, professional attitude;
Enthusiastic; Independent; enjoys the opportunity to be self-motivated. Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done, correctly and on time.
Flexibility to work with global teams in different time zones.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
Advanced experience working in sales related and content management tools, including Salesforce, Responsive, etc.

The targeted base pay range for this role is: $63,000 to $99,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience
