Job Summary
The role is part of the Quality Management Office, focusing on managing and supporting audits across IT, internal processes, and industry accreditation compliance. This position ensures effective collaboration between stakeholders, accurate evidence collection, and robust audit processes to uphold quality standards and compliance.
What You’ll Do
- External Audit Management:
- Serve as the project manager for external compliance / accreditation audits.
- Act as the primary liaison between external auditors and internal subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Coordinate evidence collection, facilitate interviews, and schedule meetings.
- Assist in planning the audit scope and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
- Track and report on the remediation of audit findings to closure.
- Internal Audit Execution:
- Collaborate with internal leadership to define the content and scope of internal audits.
- Collect, review, and analyze audit evidence for accuracy and completeness.
- Author detailed audit reports outlining processes, findings, and actionable recommendations.
- Industry Accreditation Support:
- Facilitate audits to maintain industry accreditation requirements.
- Develop and manage administrative resources, including Jira project plans, document repositories, and stakeholder preparation materials.
- Monitor remediation efforts for identified findings to maintain accreditation status.
What We Need
- Strong project management skills with experience coordinating complex initiatives involving cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to interface effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of audit processes, evidence collection standards, and report writing.
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with IT General Controls (ITGC) frameworks, including areas such as access management, change management, system operations, and data integrity.
- Experience in IT auditing or a similar role, which would enable the candidate to be more effective in understanding and managing IT-specific audit processes.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira and document management systems.
