JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

HealthMark Group is growing and looking for bright, energetic, and motivated candidates to join our team. This is an advanced entry-level position and an exciting opportunity for team members looking to move up the ladder in a rapidly growing company.

Our Audit Delivery Lead role involves ensuring information is uploaded and delivered to requesters in their desired format. A candidate audit delivery will need to efficiently manage a large amount of information that is often sensitive or confidential and be comfortable meeting deadlines and communication across the department.

 

Type of Role: FULL-TIME

 

Entry level job duties include but not limited to:

 

Individual Contributor Duties:

  1. Duties Reviews lists and requirements of requested charts.
  2. Preforms QA on all submitted files to ensure scope of the requested material is correct
  3. Submits requested files for processing.
  4. Ensures queues are empty daily
  5. Provides delivery reports to requesters
  6. Resolves issues with lost or missing uploads
  7. Reports daily productivity to Manager
  8. Records any relevant notes on specific requests for further/proper handling throughout the request life cycle
  9. Identify and accurately classify each request
  10. Uphold HealthMark Group's values by following our C.R.A.F.T.
  11. Work quickly to meet the high-volume demand
  12. Report IT issues to Manager

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office (formal computer training may be advantageous in progressing in this career)
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of grammar and punctuation
  • Ability to work to time constraints
