Description
We are seeking a talented Audio Designer to join our team, specializing in creating captivating audio experiences for our online and mobile casino games. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sound design and a keen understanding of how audio enhances gameplay immersion. As an Audio Designer, you will collaborate closely with the game development team to create high-quality audio assets that complement the visual elements and contribute to an exceptional gaming experience.What Will You Be Doing?
- Composes, mixes, and masters music and sound effects for Company products.
- Implementing audio assets into the game engine.
- Creates custom sound effects and records them for future product use.
- Provides implementation instructions to internal teams for sound cues usage.
- Iterates on content based on stakeholder feedback and meets management deadlines.
- Acts as a liaison for cross-functional teams on audio projects.
- Ensures audio deliverables are tested on product hardware and troubleshoots implementation issues independently.
- Records and delivers voice-overs for projects.
- Conducts research and provides mockups to determine suitable audio for projects.
- Ensures assigned content meets Company volume standards with minimal guidance.
- Creates troubleshooting documents and formats audio ports for different Company platforms as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise for the Job:
- 2+ years of experience as a composer and sound designer for games - casino or otherwise.
- Ability to compose in every style and genre.
- Instrument proficiency, music programming, and composition experience.
- Audio manipulation experience.
- Understanding of music theory.
- Solid understanding of the game development process.
- Coaching voice-over talent.
- Experience with audio tools like Cocos, Unity, XACT, and Wwise, or other professional sound tools.
