AU Client Services Admin (AU Accounting Firm, WFH)
Philippines - Remote
Salary: P70,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (08:30 AM - 05:30 PM AST)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Prior experience in AU Accounting Firms
- At least 4 years relevant experience
- Must have client facing experience
- Prior experience in setting up comnpanies' trust, ASIC
- XERO (green and blue)
Nice to Have:
- Karbon
- Content Snare
What will you do?
- Onboarding of new clients in the accounting and bookkeeping teams
- Collating and entering information received from clients and the sales team into our systems
- Communicating with clients, the sales team and the accounting/bookkeeping teams in relation to the onboarding process
- Regular reporting to the Practice Manager on the status of client onboarding
- Assisting with setup and maintenance of companies and trusts
- Attending to client offboarding
- Working with the Xero suite, Karbon, Content Snare. Microsoft 365 and other software as directed
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed at all times to the best of your ability
- Ensure our client database is updated to the best of your knowledge
- Ensure all correspondence, internally and externally, is professional and in a way that best represents the organization.
- Use of professional judgement to seek assistance from team members where necessary
- Learning about company's other businesses and identifying referral opportunities for those businesses in your client dealings
- Contribution to the company's best practice
- Collaboration with the greater LINK team as required
- Assisting the Practice Manager as required
- Phone answering
- Scheduling of internal and external meetings
