About the Role:
As an Attendee Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for all things related to online registration and attendee communication for our events. Your mission? To ensure that every detail of the registration process runs smoothly and that our attendees feel valued and informed. You’ll work closely with our program team to deliver top-notch customer service to both internal and external clients, making sure that all registration data is accurate and up-to-date.
You're Good At:
- Leading registration management for high-profile programs, making quick decisions under pressure while maintaining confidentiality.
- Acting as a liaison between attendees, the Attendee Engagement team, and project managers, ensuring clear communication and support.
- Collaborating with Meeting Planners to review and enhance the registration website, providing valuable feedback.
- Preparing and presenting statistics and progress updates in team and client meetings.
- Troubleshooting issues and resolving discrepancies with a proactive approach.
- Managing hotel block logistics and ensuring that registration numbers align with availability.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining Service Level Agreements.
You Might Also Have:
- A knack for project and timeline management, with a strong ability to keep everything organized and on track.
- Experience in online registration management and reporting, ideally with tools like Cvent.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Planning, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in the hospitality or event planning industry, giving you a solid understanding of the landscape.
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and excellent business writing abilities.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Attendee Registration Manager is between $45,000 - $60,000 The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
