Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assisting the project lead with client engagements and project delivery
• Drive excellent technical implementation
• Completing assigned tasks promptly with autonomy, communicating progress effectively
• Attending all meetings and documenting outcomes
• Understanding and adhering to project timelines
• Voicing delivery risks and providing solutions
• Create key documentation and timely sharing
• Partner with other teammates and teams to ensure a high-quality deliverable
• Foster teamwork through excellent communication and collaboration
• Document and share deliverables with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements for Success

Technical Proficiency

• Hands-on experience with Atlassian's suite of products, including Jira (JSM, JSW, JWM, JPD), Confluence, and other related plugins and integrations. This includes familiarity with configuration, customization, administration, and troubleshooting. 
• Awareness of project management methodologies and practices including but not limited to Agile, SAFe, Lean, and DevOps.
• Familiar with common and preferred marketplace applications.
• Knowledgeable in best practices related to Atlassian Cloud systems and SaaS systems.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of;
• computer operating systems
• ability to navigate and execute commands on Linux, Mac, and Windows OS
• databases including Structured Query Language (SQL). 
• various networks and infrastructures and Java Virtual Machine (JVM)
• Knowledge of Asana, Targetprocess, Planview, Rally, etc. is a plus.

Consulting Experience

• Active Listening is essential, including the ability to understand client needs, gather requirements, and translate them into effective solutions using Atlassian tools. 
• This involves verbal and written effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Adaptability and customer orientation during times of change

Problem Solving and Critical Thinking

• Participate in technical conversations that drive an actionable solution
• Recommend solutions to common problems
• Leverage data to identify trends and improve process

Basic Qualifications 

• Minimum two years of technical proficiency with Atlassian, Jira (JWS, JSM, JSM, JSW, JWM), Confluence, and other related plugins and integration
• Minimum two years project management proficiencies in methodologies and practices including but not limited to Agile, SAFe, Lean, and DevOps
• Minimum one year of customer-facing consulting experience with an Atlassian product(s)
• Open to travel up to 25% per quarter based on client needs

Salary

$90,000-120,000 USD  base salary depending on experience
