Robert Half is seeking a Project Manager III within our Application Technology and Innovation (ATI) department focused on delivery of HR and Financial Solutions (HRFS) globally. 

Robert Half is a highly successful, $6.1 billion company with offices around the world. The Applications Technology and Innovations is a team of 500 highly skilled people who together build and support innovative technology solutions for Robert Half. This role requires an experienced Agile Scrum Lead to join our dynamic team at Robert Half.

As a Scrum Lead, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum SAFe processes within our organization, ensuring the company can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions.

You will work closely with development, quality, and business teams to ensure that the work progresses on schedule and to the desired level of quality. Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to our team – helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently.
 

This position is a part of HR and Financial Solutions and reports to Manager of HRFS Delivery Management. The position is designed as 100% remote.  

What You'll Do

  • Supports the team in addressing and eliminating the impediments/issues to improve the likelihood of achieving the objectives of the Iteration.
  • Track the team velocity, burn up/down using the data from Jira and Domo
  • Coordinate end of release demos
  • Focuses on ever-improving team dynamics and performance and coaches the team in self-management.
  • Helps the team improve and take responsibility for their actions; facilitates the team retrospective. Teaches problem-solving techniques and helps the team become better problem-solvers for themselves
  • Team facilitator and is continuously engaged in challenging the old norms of agile/iteration development to improve performance in the areas of quality, flow, and velocity
  • Closely track team and report any issues that might impact the sprint/release deliverables
  • The Scrum Lead supports the team’s efforts to continuously improve communications and relationships with other teams
  • Facilitates team events, including the Daily Stand-up, Release Planning, Iteration Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospective ensures they are productive and kept within the timebox
  • Collaborates with the Product Owner in their efforts to manage the backlog and guide the team while facilitating a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope
  • Communicate risks and issues to stakeholders.
