Opportunity

Twin Health is seeking an Associate Vice President of Employer Business Development. This individual will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and will join Twin Health at a pivotal time in its growth. This executive will be responsible for building relationships with top-tier, strategic employer organizations to expand Twin Health’s market share and strengthen the company’s differentiated value proposition. In tandem, s/he will be accountable for the commercial process, from start to finish, to source and drive growth, pipeline management, deal closures, and the identification of new market penetration strategies and opportunities for their regional territory. This leader will be a highly collaborative team player who will build upon the existing team strengths and contribute to the organization’s long-term growth in the employer vertical. Lastly, this individual will embody Twin Health’s core values and be passionate about building a better path for people to manage and reverse chronic disease.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize deep experience and market credibility to drive new business with large employers
  • Create and execute on a territory growth strategy that identifies, engages with, and results in partnerships with high-value employer organizations  
  • Utilize a metrics-driven approach to establish and utilize KPIs to report out on plan progress
  • Represent Twin Health to the highest standard by crafting a differentiated value proposition curated to qualified employer prospects
  • Lead the commercial process independently from opportunity sourcing, cultivation, diligence, and contracting by working collaboratively across key internal and external stakeholders  
  • Engage and collaborate with consultant and broker stakeholders as needed to drive opportunity volume and secure new partnerships
  • Contribute to Twin Health’s high-performing culture by promoting a high level of passion for our work at Twin Health and demonstrating strong trust across the organization

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years’ experience in employer sales
  • Demonstrated track record of commercial success, goal attainment
  • Effusive references from colleagues and commercial partners

  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed, understands there are no hard-and-fast rules but will do what is needed to support the success of the business.  

 

Compensation and Benefits  

The compensation range for this position is $180,000-$195,000 annually. This position is bonus eligible.
