Job Summary:

Assists with various secretarial, clerical, and technical duties. Maintains project team tracking, project scope, and budgets and schedules. Monitors policies and standards for in-house programs and projects, cross-functional project management support and coordination, and business process support functions. Coordinates team members on the implementation and effective usage of project management methodologies.

Job Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:

  • Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
  • Bachelor's Degree: Preferred

Essential Functions:

  • Participates in the development, maintenance and publication of project management standards and guidelines.
  • Assists in arranging department staff meetings, preparing agendas, sending notices and recording minutes. Maintains meeting room reservations, and ensures the rooms are set-up for meetings.
  • Assists in data input functions, editing of data, integrating of reports and confidentiality of all data base information.
  • Ensures project materials and deliverables meet adherence of methodologies and procedures.
  • Assists in upgrading and supporting project management vendors. Participates in training on project management tools and methodologies.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

This position pays $23.00/hour.
