Summary: The Assignment and Business team consists of effective communicators who are highly collaborative, creative, and responsive to the needs of educators, the Professional Learning team, and other internal partners. They support successful implementations of Curriculum Associates products through the assignment of Professional Learning Specialists and Educational Consultants to deliver professional learning sessions. Associate Specialists work to build proficiency and expertise within the core functions of their role. As Associate Specialists gain experience with business processes, policies and their portfolio management, the make-up of their scope and region will adapt with the knowledge and experience gained.
The impact you will have:
Manage PL Specialist assignments, balancing utilization, travel, and certification
Dispatch assignments in a timely manner, informed by departmental strategy
Support data integrity initiatives and processes, including rolling over records from one school year to the next, checking for funding and expiration of sessions.
Partner with PL Field leadership to ensure alignment and buy-in on assignment strategy; refine on an ongoing basis as landscape changes
Monitor national and regional PL demand, increasing utilization and organizational reach
Will demonstrate knowledge of regional and national capacity and proactively collaborate with Engagement Ops, the PL Field, and Sales teams to ensure exceptional service to educators
Required Job Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of CA’s professional learning offerings and products with continued persistence to deepen command of content as content and products evolve
Ability to analyze data to drive assignment strategies and meet educator needs for scheduling professional learning

Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to leverage multiple data sources to make quick and effective decisions
Seeks opportunities to drive continuous improvement and efficiency via systems-focused thinking
Strong problem-solving skills and confidence; approaches obstacles with solution-oriented mindset, creativity, objectivity, authority, calm, and professionalism
Skilled at relationship-building with a relentless service orientation, focusing on delivering the best possible outcome to internal and external stakeholders
What we are looking for:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in delivery and/or management of operational services and support
Familiarity with the K-12 education landscape, with a high-level understanding of how adult learning factors into education leader priorities
Experience in working in a high-volume operations setting
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, required
Pay Range: This role’s range is $37,875 - 59,375. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
