ABOUT THE JOB
Responsible for supporting the evolution and productization of existing Marathon Health solutions and services, as well as supporting the development of new products. Collaborate with other product team members and members of adjacent teams, such as UX, engineering, operations, and clinical applications. Partner with internal business stakeholders to understand user problems. Participate in the evaluation of existing or new platforms that deliver value to Marathon Health and ensure any integration requirements are well documented. Work cross-functionally to support the ongoing delivery of product enhancements on a defined release schedule. Write user stories that articulate work to be done by our engineering team, managing an issue backlog, and reporting product status and success against our KPIs out to the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with product leadership and internal stakeholders to manage the discovery-through-delivery phases of the Product Lifecycle
- Define product requirements that align to strategic business objectives and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve a desired product vision.
- Maintain a prioritized issue backlog that aligns to the overall product roadmap.
- Communicate product enhancements to the larger and assist in go-to-market strategies.
- Identify the various cross-functional dependencies and stakeholder constraints for the development team and establish timelines and priorities accordingly.
- Act as a communication liaison between various internal stakeholders and the development team.
- Collect and analyze product data and user feedback to guide decision making and support the completion of trade-off analysis.
- Escalate issues in development in a timely and proactive manner to the Product Leadership team.
- Act decisively when needed to prioritize product features for development.
- Develop strong partnership with Engineering team to brainstorm solutions to problems identified by the business.
- Collaborate with UX counterparts to conduct ongoing user research and identify opportunities for product enhancements.
- Support analyses of issues, define and track product success metrics and be creative in resolving tactical product issues and barriers.
- Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product.
- Conduct product demonstrations.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare, Information Technology, or other related field and 3+ years of experience with a history of product, business, or clinical analysis in a healthcare setting or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1+ years of experience in a product owner, team lead, or project leadership role preferred.
- Experience working in an Agile environment preferred; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where tactical and strategic initiatives are driven in parallel.
- Experience or familiarity with technology solutions in the Healthcare space preferred
- Strong technical expertise and knowledge of Design software; Project and Product Management software, such as Azure Dev Ops and Microsoft Office including Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365.

- Passion for problem solving while conceiving, designing, and sustaining products and platforms that delight users.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to promote teamwork and build effective relationships.
- Detail-oriented and ability to manage the competing priorities of coordinating multiple events with different deadlines.
- A proven record of successfully working with stakeholders/clients and vendors.
- Strong written and oral communications skills
Pay Range: $75,000 - $95,000/yr
The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate’s years of experience and/or skill level.
This position is also eligible for an annual incentive.
