Associate Product Manager, Process Engineering - Remote

Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring two Associate Product Managers, Process Engineering to join our Product team.

We work alongside a talented set of technologists with Product, Engineering, and Design to form a tight-knit, high-performing team. 

We’re hiring for two roles within our Process Engineering domain. By applying to this job post, you will be considered for both positions. One role is focused on the clinical domain area and another will support common components that are shared across multiple applications. As an Associate Product Manager on the Process Engineering team, you will work closely with a cross functional team of other PMs, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to solve impactful, important, and interesting business problems. 

In either role, you’ll support delivering fully custom developed solutions within our Business Process Management software platform. This includes building core systems from conception and ideation, through design and development, into deployment, and onto continued maintenance. You’ll be responsible for gathering and defining the products’ requirements, determining which features are feasible, and validating the final product with internal end-users including other Oscar engineers, data scientists, operations specialists, financial teams, …
